BBQ BONELESS SPARE RIBS
3 LB HSF Boneless Spare Ribs
Garlic Salt
Ground Black Pepper
1 c. catsup
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c chili sauce
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and greshly ground pepper. Coming remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, keep warm.
Place ribs in crock pot. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, depending on your crockpot. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
The BBQ sauce is great for any type of BBQ sauce needs.
